We answer member questions, partnership enquiries, and press requests at the channels below. Existing members get the fastest response by writing from the support widget inside the app.

Member support

If you already have a ShareHub account, the quickest path is to sign in and message support from your profile screen. Tickets opened from inside the app are linked to your account automatically, which lets us check your balance and history faster.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] and we will get back to you within one business day.

Partnerships

Marketplaces, suppliers, and fulfilment partners can reach us at [email protected]. Include the country you operate in, the product category, and your current monthly volume.

Press and media

For interviews, comments, and media kit access, write to [email protected]. We answer within 48 hours on business days.

Security

If you believe you have found a security issue affecting ShareHub members, write to [email protected]. Do not publish details before we have a chance to acknowledge and respond. Coordinated disclosure is welcome.

What we cannot do over email

  • Reset your password or PIN. Use the in-app flow from app.sharehub.biz instead.
  • Move funds between accounts. Withdrawals and deposits must be initiated from inside the app by the account holder.
  • Discuss another member's account, even if you provide their email. We only confirm details with the account owner.
